This Mexican colonial is directly off the 4th tee of the world-class Robert Von Hagge designed Hard Rock Golf Club in the gated community of Playacar. This newly remodeled villa is a short walk to the south end of Playa’s famous 5th Avenue with, shops, cafes, restaurants, and beach clubs. It’s also an 8-minute walk to the beach or to the Cozumel ferry. A short cab ride will take you to several supermarkets where you can get your libations and food at local prices.
Within Playacar, you are an easy walk to restaurants, shops, convenience stores, the golf club and a newly opened shopping mall.
The first floor has a powder room, laundry room, and one bedroom, with double bed. Guests can gather in the gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter top. The dining and living areas overlook the pool, garden, and golf course.
Enjoy a drink under the covered poolside deck and watch golfers as they tee off.
The second floor has two bedrooms, each with one queen bed. They share a talavera bathroom with granite counter and walk-in shower. The master suite with a king bed and lounging area extends to a large palapa- covered terrace with seating for your morning coffee or late-night libations. It has its own private bathroom with large glass-enclosed shower and granite counters.
Guests have access to a safe, two flat screen televisions with HBO and Netflix, free WIFI and telephone with free Mexico, US, and Canadian calling. All rooms have ceiling fans and mini-split air-conditioning. For those nights or mornings you choose to eat in, all the pots, pans, small appliances, glassware and dinnerware you need is included and in excellent condition. Car rentals are not necessary but if you choose to rent one there is plenty of off street parking. Maid and concierge service is available.
